Blackwood is excited to announce being acquired by Corona Industrial (Corona), a Colombia multinational with 140 years of expertise in the manufacturing and distribution of products and solutions for the home improvement, construction industry, agriculture, energy sectors, and chinaware. Blackwood will continue to operate as a separate entity with our own brand name with our existing customers. Joining forces with Corona’s team will allow us to strengthen our capacities and portfolio to better service our customers and continue developing and growing in different markets.
